How to play
🎵 Free play — each tine wears its keycap at the tip, with the note number stamped on the metal. Tap it, or press the key. Drag across for a glissando.
⌨️ Keys — they run left to right across the tines: Q W E RA S D FBJ K L ;I O P [. B is the long centre tine.
✏️ Tab editor — the kalimba on the left, your tablature on the right. Click cells to write, drag down to stretch.
🎯 Learn — the same kalimba, held at a fixed angle, with the notes of your song falling onto the tines. The key for each lane sits in the row along the top.
👁️ keys / notes — the two chips up top hide the keycaps or the note numbers, everywhere at once — exports included.
🎹 MIDI — plug in a keyboard; notes snap to the nearest tine
